Cape Girardeau Roller Derby is hosting a Recruitment Night on September 16, 2024, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at AC Brase Arena—and we want you to be there!
This event is open to adults 18 and older, whether you’re dreaming of hitting the track as a skater or keeping order as a referee.
No experience? Never skated?
No problem!
Our experienced skaters and refs will teach you everything you need to know. You’ll find a welcoming, inclusive team ready to support you every step of the way.
All you need is a boil-and-bite mouthguard—Sisu is our top pick, available locally at Sick Tricks Skate Shop or online. If you’ve got your own skates and protective pads, bring them along! We also have loaner gear available on a first-come, first-served basis.
