Superhero Summer Kick Off At Discovery Playhouse

On May 15, CGRG helped run the obstacle course at Discovery Playhouse’s Superhero Summer Kick-Off. The event was a big hit and Discovery Playhouse staff sent CGRG the following thank-you note:

“I can not say thank you enough to the Cape Girardeau Roller Girls!!! The volunteers who managed the obstacle course at our Super Hero Summer Kick-Off were absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! They were such great help!!! They totally made the obstacle course better by simply having fun and engaging with the children. It is hard to find great volunteers who actually enjoy kids and interact with them. Even parents and other volunteers were commenting how much fun the Roller Girls added.”
