Capetown Smackdown raises $1000 for Special Olympics

Cape Girardeau Roller Derby once again showcased their commitment to community and sportsmanship with an incredible act of charity during their latest event, Capetown Smackdown. In a display of true team spirit and dedication to social responsibility, the players turned their November bout into an opportunity to support an inspiring cause, our local Special Olympics athletes!

Our Special Olympians inspire us all with their determination, passion, and love for the game. It was an honor for Cape Girardeau Roller Derby to be able to contribute $1000 to support these amazing athletes in their pursuit of excellence.

Thanks to the overwhelming support from our fans and community members. We are grateful to everyone who bought tickets and helped us raise the funds for this wonderful cause.
